Filtered stream limits

Hi there,

I want to create a filtered stream to monitor for some low volume keywords.

From what I have seen, as long as the number of tweets matching the keywords is under 1% of the firehose, then all the matching tweets should be pulled back.

Please could you confirm if this is the case?
(As opposed to returning a 1% sample of the tweets with matching keywords)

Yes I think this is the case. Would be great if @andypiper can confirm that I am not mistaken, but at least from personal testing it seems to work as you described.
