Fetching Twitter card headline and media link?

Is it possible to programmatically retrieve Twitter card headlines and media urls from previous tweets? I seem to be able to get all of my tweet data besides the card information. Does this have to do potentially with white-listing or is there something else that I need to do?

I saw some information on card fetching through Twitter Ads API- but is that necessary if I’m just trying to pull my own tweets?

There is no card data include in the standard API. The Ads API can provide some card information such as Ads card URIs, but this is not the same as getting data from web-based cards (summary, summary_large_image or player cards).
