Fetching Tweets of Show Like @Dexter

Hi,

I want to access the tweets of show like @Dexter like in half page Dexter Tweet and in half page Followers tweet.
For Example i have button when i click on it shows the tweets of Dexter in half screen and in half screen it shows followers tweet.Is it require App in developer’s account?
Can anybody tell me how i implement this.
