Fetching followers is too slow

Hello
When I try to bring followers it takes a long time !
I tried to send multiple requests but it the same !
Because some users have a number of followers of 50,000 or more and can not wait 10 minutes to get the results

I know that every 15 minutes you can bring 75000 but I want the first 75000 to be in seconds
Is this possible?
