Fetch all the tweets that the Streaming API can provide

I want to retrieve all the tweets that the Streaming API can send without specifying an filters like locations, tracking keywords or user IDs etc. Is that even possible?

Is there a workaround like specifying an empty string or blank space or * in the tracking keywords to extract all tweets?

If you don’t want to use any search terms, then you should use the sample endpoint, which provides a random 1% sample of Tweets from the firehose.
