[Feature Request] Android: Google's lifecycle library should be supported

in CustomEventRewardedAd and add a similar method to the interface that is returning a
android.arch.lifecycle.DefaultLifecycleObserver

The two APIs do the same thing - the difference is that ours is manually constructed/maintained, while the official Android one is the benchmark that is always available for use. At this time, though, our version has been certified and works.
