Feature request: Add support for non-Twitter users as "creators" in Twitter Cards

Sometimes content is created by non-Twitter users but shared on Twitter. It would be useful to have Twitter Cards support non-twitters users in the “creator” field.

I second this request… we have a few writers with FB accounts but no Twitter accounts.
