Failed to validate oauth signature and token - My Server time is correct!

I am having so many problems with this API and the documentation on troubleshooting is really lacking - can someone help me out please? I need to see why I am getting the above error - I have read up and people have suggested that it could be that the server time is incorrect but I have checked and it is bang on from NTP!
