so I’ve just got the email saying my account is locked so I then have proceeded to try and unlock my account and when I go to the unlock form, I am stuck in a circular loop as you can see in the image below I have tried multiple web browsers I have tried different computers and I have tried different phones and all have the same issue and all give me the exact same error. Please have a look at the image below to see my issue and please can you fix it because it doesn’t let me fill the form out because the form doesn’t load no matter what operating system a web browser what device I am using.
The account im having this issue with is @Recoveringarmy, many other people are also having this exact same issue, the entire twitter help centre webpage is unusable as all you get is the infinity loading circle.

When I access Your Account is locked the form I am stuck with a circle loop spinning at the top of the page as the form doesn’t want to load, so I have no way of filling the form out to submit my id and get my account back.

I have the same issue too. I changed my DOB but somehow mistakenly put a year more than 2009. My DOB is 2006.
Took a while for Twitter to register it.
Now I’m stuck in the endless loop here.
I have the same problemmm! I thought it was my wifi tho…
I literally can’t live with twitter and I have an attachment issue with my account lol
I hope they can get it fixed asap

Having exactly the same problem here for 5 days now.
We’ve reported it to Twitter Support days ago but heard no response.
It seems like a lot many are having this issue.
Customer service just bounces it right back telling us to try it again…
Devs pls help!

@IgorBrigadir Thank you for the tip. Tried it and still it’s not working. Not sure how to get Twitter to see this…We tried contacting support but so far only get auto-responses telling us to go use this form…
(I’m not allowed to add more replies now that’s why I’m replying like this…)
Sometimes disabling ad blockers can make these forms work, otherwise this is something twitter has to fix themselves

i have the exact same issue too with my account @Dr_Pandemonium. The restoration page is loading infinitely
btw is there any recent update on this?
I’ve also tried filling out the appeal form on multiple different devices with nothing showing up, I hope this gets fixed quick

Musk probably fired the team responsible for keeping the support page running so I’m not terribly optimistic.
