Failed to load more tweets without login

When visit usertimeline(ex.https://twitter.com/TwitterSports/with_replies) without log in, browser failed to load more tweets.

And the loading request(which url starts with https://twitter.com/i/profiles/show/TwitterSports/timeline~ ) returned status code 403 and response{“message”:“Could not authenticate you.”}, since 8:00AM Asia/Seoul.

Is this temporary problem?Or Does Twitter policy ban loading more tweets without log-in from now on?

로그인 없이 유저타임라인에 접근 후 더 많은 트윗을 로딩이 안되며 오전8시부터 발생.일시적문제인지요?

That is not a supported API endpoint and you should not use it for loading a timeline. You should use the statuses/user_timeline endpoint instead. API endpoints do require authentication.
