Failed to find any meta tag from the page markup

Twitter cards seemed to have stopped working for me. When I try to use the preview tool with the url, it says “Failed to find any meta tag from the page markup” however, if I copy/paste the markup directly from ‘view source’ it is able to preview fine. My website is not blocking twitter bots or something.

We have two domains.
This one http://bigbusinesshd.hp.af.cm/achievement.html validates good.
This one http://bigbusiness.ifunny.ru/twitter_post.php?messageId=achievement&values=achievement10_1&tw_locale=Ru_ru&tw_username=plus_google contains the same markup but properties values differ but is does not validate with error «Failed to find any meta tag from the page markup».
