Fabric SDK (TwitterKit) usage doesn't leverage API rate limits, does it?

Is it correct: Fabric SDK and TwitterKit (TWTRTimelineViewController) also suffering from the API rate limits as it explained here https://dev.twitter.com/rest/public/rate-limiting

I was thinking about auto-refresh feature for TWTRTimelineViewController and that seems to be not possible with a short refresh periods as I got “Request failed: client error (429) …Twitter API error : Rate limit exceeded (code 88)”

TwitterKit does contain rate limits through Guest Authentication. You can view the limits here: https://docs.fabric.io/ios/twitter/authentication.html#guest-authentication-rate-limits-scale
