Extrapolating the Info from Twitter Users I follow

Hi There,

I am working on building a list of all the sites that are listed with those that I follow on Twitter. I would like to be able to take the public information that is associated with their profile and put it in a spreadsheet. Much like what Google did for Google Reader/GoogleTakeout.

I have not put all my followers in a list however - rather they are in my “following” group. Is there a way instead of having to add one by one to a list I can get this info?
