Extract all tweets of single user

Hello,

Through i try extract tweets from a single user, and I know the max tweets I can extract is 3200 or 2-4 weeks, I faced one of account were allow me to extract all of the tweets for 5 years ago!!

how the happened??

and are there is some of the acoount they can extract all tweets?

That’s very unusual, do you have the user_id? I don’t know of a way to do this using the standard API.
