Extended tweet media indicies issue

Good day!

Here is the issue I have:
For example we have a tweet with a text size of 140 characters. Also, there is an image attached.
When consuming this tweet via streaming API, the indicies field contains wrong values {141, 164}.
While the 141 is ok, 164 is not a valid url end, because extended tweet has the extended text field.
The tweet id for example is 780800682249056256
