Will Tweets with in_reply_to_status_id=NULL and that begin with an @ symbol (AKA the new “.@”) show up in user streams, just like an “.@” would?
Since the RT rules are changing, can we get an explanation of exactly how RTs in the stream should be handled. I’m talking about things like, user A RTs a Tweet, then X amount of time later user B RTs the same Tweet. Depending on how long X is, the REST API will decide to show or not that RT in the timeline, would be great to understand what that logic is so that it could be matched with the streaming API.
