Hi,

We are having problems with some API-calls that have started failing with the INVALID_TIME_WINDOW error. Any requests up until the 19th of October are fine, but for any later date it fails.

We were suspecting this to be timezone/DST problems but have not been able to prove this, and DST should not start in the timezone America/Sao_Paolo until early November.
