I believe you refer to the REST APIs rate limits. Those limits apply on the number of requests you can perform on each individual endpoint per time window.

Thanks for your response. I’m a newbie and I’m trying to get follower ids of 7M users using tweepy. There are lots of different numbers of limitations out there, do you know what are the limitations I have?

Using the [node:10364] API endpoint, you can retrieve up to 5,000 follower IDs per request. You can do up to 15 requests per 15 minute window on that endpoint, either per user or for your entire app, depending on whether you have a logged in user context or if you use application-only authentication.
