Error: This request is not properly authenticated when trying to use batch/accounts/:account_id/targeting_criteria

I’m trying to upgrade from ads api v2 to v3.

I’m able to successfully create campaigns and other resources with the ads api, but when I try to use the POST batch/accounts/:account_id/targeting_criteria endpoint i get “Error: This request is not properly authenticated”.

Any ideas why this would be happening?

Resolved.

Our request library was not sending the data as content-type json.
