Error The client application failed validation: .......... already taken for Name

I was trying to Create an application > https://apps.twitter.com/app/new here for my website. Recently I did this before. it was good. worked nicely. The fact is I forgot the “Consumer Key & Consumer Secret” that i had.

My question is how can I get a new key to that same twitter account or how to get the existing key. I just need to add Twitter to my website footer widget

If you already have an app, you can use apps.twitter.com to get access to your consumer key and secret.
