ERROR: Fetching the page failed because the fetcher cannot resolve the address

I keep getting the error message from Card Validator as show below:

It was working fine before but suddenly stopped working and when I post a URL to Twitter, the images don’t display. I not a technical person but I am hoping somebody can help me out.

Have you changed the domain for the website at any time? When was the last time this worked? I’m seeing DNS resolution errors with the URL.

Hi! No I haven’t changed the domain which in itself is fairly new. The last time it worked was July 19 but before that it’s been hit or miss for a few months. Worked fine before.
