Issue:
This is a follow up from this thread:

ERROR: Failed to fetch page due to: HttpConnectionTimeout Cards

The Card validator returns ERROR: Failed to fetch page due to: HttpConnectionTimeout for this website: I have cloned the website on a test server and this time the Card validator is successful for this web address: I have tested performance/speed of both URLs on GTmetrix and it is almost identical, please advise. Thank you!

Troubleshooting steps tried already:
In that thread [ERROR: Failed to fetch page due to: HttpConnectionTimeout] you mentioned that "a traceroute command fails after the 6th hop. You’ll need to investigate why that might be before we can help you with cards. Nothing more I can really assist with at this point."
One of the engineers at the hosting provider has run the traceroute from their end and has asked me if you could please run the traceroute and send me the output of it so that they can go through and figure out what is happening.

I am now on vacation for 2 weeks. I cannot access the specific network cluster that the cards crawler runs on anyway so my traceroute output would be from my local office and that would not be helpful. I’m not sure we can offer much help at this point.
