Error Creating Tweet

We are getting error when using tweet button to tweet our website page from our website. It was working fine till now but recently we changed the domain of our website and it has stopped working. We get error “Error Creating Tweet” when tried to share the page on twitter. Below is an example of kind of tweet that we are sharing.

“Message to our members: Career Athletes is now AthleteNetwork” https://www.athletenetwork.com/news_detail.php?id=182 via @AthleteNet

It looks like Athlete Network is using a Tweet Web Intent when a viewer clicks an old version of the Twitter Bird logo. Your news.sharrre.js file calls window.open for the Tweet Web Intent URL, passing in text, url, and via parameters.

If you are unable to Tweet the same URL from the main Tweet composer on your Twitter.com homepage then your domain may be blocked.

When trying to tweet the same URL directly from twitter it gives error “This request looks like it might be automated. To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, we can’t complete this action right now. Please try again later.”

So may be the domain is blocked. What do we need to do to get it unblocked.

Hi, I had the same problem. I changed the Shorten URL service from is.gd to tinyurl. And now it works.
