I have my app that is filtering tweets from Stream and when it got " command" it will create a image and reply to the user that send the command. This command is specific and bot got mentioned so it is not sending spam!
It have been working perfect couple of weeks but today I started getting a 403 code + this 189 error.
What is weird is that it send some images but other no!
I even got the error but the tweet is sent anyway sometimes.
You may be hitting a rate limit, or being prevented from tweeting duplicate content or some other error - either way, usually the solution is to slow down posting.
