Error code = 415 callback url is locked

1. previous twitter’s account was lossed (both id and password, we justy know key & access Token)
2. Change twitter’s “callback URL” rule.
3. we can’t change previous account, make new account ( trum_twit02@Mytrum.com )
4. we can access from this app DEV , but can’t access LIVE (trumpia.com /platfrom.trumpia.com)
5. we guess this error get involved previous twitter’s account

You’ll need to use the API Policy support form to request that an application is transferred between accounts, otherwise you’ll need to create a new app.
