Error code 226 when I'm trying to update status

The REST API is returning the error response when it is trying to call the following method POST /1.1/statuses/update.json?status=oi%20http%3A%2F%2Fmidi.as%2FHQ91&display_coordinates=false.

We notice that is happening because there’s a url in the content. We need this url to be white listed or is there a way to put this url in the content?
