Error after entering PIN

I am using getTwitterOAuth() with key and secret but after entering the PIN , I got error: Forbidden … please guide.

so, i was able to get it going.
Delete App , API keys , secret keys , etc.
Create App again, use new keys , authenticate and it will work…
