Error 400 creating a Custom Timeline

I’ve been trying to create a Custom Timeline unsuccessfully for a couple of days. Both in Apigee console and TweetDeck I always get the same error response code 400, despite being authenticated. Other teammates have successfully created it at the first attempt, so it could be an issue with my user.

This is the Apigee request/response:
