"ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" in chrome for android

when signing in from https://steller.co or https://vine.co while using Chrome for Android v45.0.2454.94, i get the following error:

“This webpage has a redirect loop”

Works fine in Firefox for Android v41.0.2, Safari on iOS 9.0.2 and on desktop Chrome v47.0.2526.27 beta (64-bit)

deleting browser data (cookies, cache, etc) has no effect

fwiw, i just tested using chrome v46.0.2490.76 and i am no longer seeing the error. so, yay.
