What is the issue?

this error code appeared, on twitter #flagged
what does this mean for example : there is no reasonable answers

Error blocked by response in general is a reaction from the server whenever the user tries or is on the verge to violate the terms and conditions of the server website. In some cases it also means that if a user tries to download anything from a particular website which is not permitted, user shall get an error error by response
What exact code / library did you use and what exact parameters? What was the full error response from the server?

There are several that have had this & it had been blocked out by rejected by Twitter…
I am merely asking a question, having this error code appear, what does it mean?
These people are saying : the payment option and it indicates on a tweet, why would that be?
Would it indicate, that the [user] who is posting this, (activity is suspicious)
is tampering with the twitter code
[Script] - [Portal]? twitter refused to connect.
Example : the donation link has something + malicious for example?
Does Twitter’s features/security detect something?

The screenshots don’t really help explain because to see what the error is, you would need to extract what the browser request and response was.
But if you can successfully load https://twitter.com then there is no error on twitter’s side. The site and API look operational.
This looks like a problem with whatever the thing you’re interacting with that’s not Twitter, a 3rd party app or website that is using twitter somehow. So if someone has implemented something that is using twitter somehow it’s up to them to fix it.
