Endpoint request: who has oauth'd in for access through our Ads API allotment / revoke their access

Looks like we’ve hit the ceiling of users that can run ads through our ads API access provision.

I’ve had a look at Where do I find the advertiser tokens? and in this case, we do not have the login credentials / ability to revoke access on clients’ behalf.

Possible to get an endpoint to:

• see which accounts have been granted access through our API provision?
• revoke access on behalf of any of these accounts?
