Empty search timeline

I am trying to embed a timeline with a search for #lib2012 which results in an empty feed. Other searches such as #lib or #NFL work fine. Searching outside the scope of the widget returns an active feed. What is it about this hashtag that is broken. And BTW this search feed worked until recently.

I have exactly the same problem, only my hashtag never worked on my twitter feed (#mepgld13). if you have a solution could you let me know?
