Hello Twitter Team,
We’ve noticed that Twitter API ads-api.twitter.com/10/stats/accounts/:id may return empty
data even though an entity is among active ones, instead of returning the
metrics but with null values.
This could be circumvented if the ads-api.twitter.com/10/stats/accounts/:id/active_entities endpoint
would also return metric groups, which would actually have values and could
be considered when requesting.
Could you please tell us if this is expected behavior, and if so, if
there’s something that we can do to avoid it?
Thank you in advance.
This is expected behavior. While we attempt to only return active entities, there will occasionally be entries that are incorrectly included. These should be ignored.
also return metric groups
This is a great suggestion and will pass your feedback to the team
