Embedding tweet in NetC HTML no showing media

Hi, I have been trying to embed a tweet onto our website but it’s only displaying the text and not showing the media - I have made sure that the ‘include media’ box is ticked before copying the code.

We use NetCommunity to build the website if that makes any difference. It has a source code option to edit the the HTML directly which I use regularly and the other HTML code I have used works fine.

Hi @billy.nichols,

It’s possible the widgets.js script is not included on that page or not loading correctly. Can you check to make sure it’s being loaded?
