Consider this

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>If you did not see it with your own eyes or hear it with your own ears, dont invent it with your small mind and share it with your big mouth</p>&mdash; Funniest Jokes (@Funniest_Joke) <a href="https://twitter.com/Funniest_Joke/status/533590291555426307">November 15, 2014</a></blockquote><script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

It shows up like this

If you did not see it with your own eyes or hear it with your own ears, dont invent it with your small mind and share it with your big mouth

— Funniest Jokes (@Funniest_Joke) November 15, 2014

and not as normal embedded tweets. This does not happen with every tweet. However, it always happens to same embedded tweets.

Showing the quote is the expected behavior when the Tweet no longer exists.

If you click the timestamp of the Tweet you will be taken to the Tweet permalink page on Twitter.com, which will show the Tweet could not be found.
