Blarg having issues on getting it to work for my drupal site. http://aaknowledge.com/xbox/ It will not even make a code for me unless I leave off the http:// and the /xbox/ but then of course that code it does make does not work. Ideas?

help!!! I am having the same problem, only Tweets by is showing up. What do you mean by using “with and without www” for the domains?
I have a main domain and I have a sub domain. Do we have to put support.twitter.com as part of the domain or do we just put the domains for our website?

I have two pages I would like to display my timeline on. They are http://www.therationalinvestor.ca/index.php and http://www.therationalinvestor.ca/RI_Tradents.php. The first widget I created displays fine (I used therationalinvestor.ca in the domain field). The second widget does not. when I try to save the second domain (therationalinvestor.ca/RI_Tradents.php or www.therationalinvestor.ca/RI_Tradents.php or http://www.therationalinvestor.ca/RI_Tradents.php) it says ‘unable to save your widget, please check your inputs’. Currently I have the second domain set to therationalinvestor.ca and it does not work. Is the ‘/RI_Tradents.php’ not supported or am I inputting the code wrong? Should I just use one widget for both pages or are they separate widgets?

Any reason you only recognize public TLDs? Is it a security issue or something else? I’m sure that I’m not the only developer that uses local, non-public TLDs for development. Having to push everything to a public server (or change my development workflow) just to test a widget isn’t ideal. Is there any plan to support this in the future? Thanks for the response!

Little delay in the uptake, but I am sure you could tweak when it so that is immediately called after the iframe loads. Personally I found this was good enough. P.S. #twitter_box is the containing div I used for around the widget and 165px is about a total of 250px heigh total

I have embedded the new twitter widget on our SharePoint site and it works fine. The only problem is that when it comes to editing the text contents on the site, no text tools popup nor can you even edit the text. It was working fine with the old widget! Can anyone help me?

Sorry if this has already been posted, but I’m finding it hard to search the discussion so here we go:

I’ve specified the language I want for my timeline in my web page (french), and the “follow” button now says “suivre”, however the dates next to each tween are still in english. at the bottom of the widget, it still says “Tweet to @”, and when I scroll down the list of tweets, at the bottom the load more link still says “load more”.

Is there a way to specify that ALL text on the widget be in a certain language?

I´ve a problem with embed timelines. I´ve introduced the code inside my page as twitter dev recommend us. If I watch my site on local machine, the embed timeline widget it´s ok, but when I upload the files on my remote server, the widget doesn´t watch on screen.

I may have searched the wrong way, but with the widgets it was possible to make them loop continuously which is very nice if you display a search widget on a large television screen. I’m missing the option in the new Embedded Timelines. How do I make the list of tweets loop automatically like it did with the old search widget?

On this purpose, I would like to
1/ remove the field “Tweet to @ CBiBordeaux” in the footer
2/ keep either @cbibordeaux or the profile picture with CBiB but not the both !

I’m receiving the error message discussed here, “Unable to save your widget, please check your inputs.” and I am trying to place the widget on a URL with a dash in it, yet according to these posts this problem’s already been fixed. Is there another reason I’m getting this message?

Update: everything in my widget is now in french. I don’t know if the problem was fixed, or I just had to be patient and let the widget figure out that the language being used was french, but either way it’s working great now.

Why there are limitation for how many widget one user can have?

Right now I have added about 100 widgets and got this error:
“You have exceeded the maximum number of widgets.”

Just solved this for Muse website. When you paste the twitter widget into the Muse layout, it appears as “tweets by @” but when you publish the site, the feed appears properly. However, the size will not appear as specified when you created the widget in Twitter; resize the text “tweets by @” in Muse. The feed will appear properly when published. Online Muse tutorials said you would be able to see the twitter feed properly in the Muse design, but this did not work. Hence, the confusion.
