All I could find out is that it seems to be a known problem. Other than that, @support is basically telling me to get lost and wait until somebody fixes it at some point in the future. Very frustrating.

You seem to be missing the actual script in your html source.
This is currently not supported. We are investigating options to fix this problem.
You can get the correct (new version) code by creating a new widget from https://twitter.com/settings/widgets
