Not working on Blogger. http://excelsiorr.blogspot.com. I tried to add a twitter widget at the bottom of my sidebar, but it only gives a link. I tried adding both excelsiorr.blogspot.com and www.excelsiorr.blogspot.com, as well as *.blogspot.com, but nothing worked. Tried viewing the page in firefox for mac and safari. Any ideas?

How can we embedd timeline for search in real time AND for “all” tweets with a specific # ? Having only top tweets displaying is really annoying to cover an event in real time. thanx for the help !

I’m really struggling with Tumblr. I can see the embedded timeline in my preview and have even managed to customise the size of the box but when I save and go to the live version of my blog, I only see the title ‘Tweets from @doricdesign’ and nothing else, not even an empty box… Help would be much appreciated

Hi, is there a way to disable or remove the “Tweet to”/“reply” footer of the widget? ie. So the user cannot tweet back directly from the widget? Thereby only showing the timeline. Thanks.

Since this thread is the only documentation I’ve found on how to support multiple domains, I’d recommend putting this into your developer docs for embedded timelines: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/embedded-timelines

I think some people will assume that putting in ‘example.com’ in your domain section will work for the site ‘blog.example.com’, when in fact you need ‘*.example.com’. Just a mistake that I made initially until I found this thread.

I’d like to use the embedded timeline widget in my web application’s demo site. However, since the app is deployed using VMWare it does not have a domain. Is there any way I can get a widget without a domain?

I’m having the same problem on blogspot.com I’ve tried many different things as well and I’ve come up with the same deal as just a simple link to my twitter account.

I have a blogspot and the widget I created is only creating a link to my twitter feed but not an imbedded news feed. I’ve entered the full name of the blogspot then I also put in just www.blogspot.com and neither way worked.

Trying to embed the timeline within a blank html widget hosted by wix on pathfindersproject.com. I just get a “Tweets by @PthfndrsPrjct” link and this error message when the link is clicked:

Okay, after reviewing other threads on this topic, I opened up the javascript console and found the following error message:

“Widget not whitelisted for domain ‘www.flashquix.com’”

I don’t know how to whitelist.

Nevermind, figured it out.

I think you should tell users that with some hosts, the site you will have to list in the domans section of the widget creator may not have any apparent relation to the domain name of your site or the domain name of the web host. For example, WIX users will need to have www.flashquix.com listed as one of the domains in their widget.
