Utterly frustrating. This new widget isn’t functioning at all. As everyone else here has stated, only the title of the widget shows up & none of the feed when inserted into my website (standard site, not WordPress). Even if the thing worked, so much of the custom options have been left out that it would probably be useless to me anyway, as there is no option whatsoever for even controlling the width, as was present in previous twitter widgets. Why on earth would you leave out that vital option? And when is anyone going to actually get this working?

I am trying to create a timeline. I utilize wordpress. I am getting the following error
"Unable to save your widget, please check your inputs." I am interested in putting this thread from twitter into a facebook tab for several of my clients but this is really creating a problem for me. Please advise. Thank you for your time in advance.

Hello, I’m getting the message “Hmm, an empty timeline. That’s weird.” message for an embedded timeline search. I get the same message in the timeline configuration area as well but when I change my search to something else, results show up. When I click on “Check for Tweets” for my search it brings me to Twitter’s search page and the results show up there - granted there is only one there but wouldn’t it show up in my embedded timeline? I also added the domain with and without the www. figuring that would be the problem but no luck. Any fix for this? http://grandrapidstodo.com/you

i had something similar in my website when i embedded YouTube, but when i chose use old html to embed"it solved the problem, could it be that my website does not support the new code? if yes, could you provide it ? thanks in advance

Thanks! do you have an ETA ? The “weird” thing is that I can preview in the widget other people’s tweets (ie can preview @wsj for example), it also loads on the site (with the @wsj timeline), but when I enter my @DilshadVadsaria … then 1) the preview does not work and 2) my website displays only the Tweets by @Dilshad Vadsaria. I also entered the www.domain.com, domain.com and the host domain … please help

No, I do not have an ETA.
It is the same with me. I can not preview it in your account, and not displayed on the site.
Works other accounts.
You will need to have corresponding support, Because the problem is what is happening in the Twitter’s server.
Now, it does not occur “500 Internal Server Error”, I can not receive the timeline data of the wedget which set your account from the Twitter’s server.

Thank you for looking into this. So nothing wrong with the widget configuration or the hosting website. The feed is not being recognized by the twitter server. Is there any way around this ? If the widget does not pull the data b/c not recognized by the twitter server, can the code (for the widget) be entered on my website instead ?

How did you add the link color?
You can change the ‘Link color’ option on the widget settings.
Or, you can add a ‘data-link-color’ attribute to the HTML code, it will override the setting on the widget.
