I’m trying to do exactly thesame thing myself. When I try to dynamically insert a search string or an @profile, it automatically redirects back to the original search query in the widget configuration.

Anyway to dynamically add search queries? This would be of immense help!

The widget is working like a charm with my username, but not with my client username. Which is a problem since I need to embed my client timeline on his website and not mine. I understand it’s a known problem and that you’re about to push a fix for this, next week ?

Trying to add the twitter widget to Facebook Fan page Iframe tab and all I’m getting is the “Tweets by @soandso” link like others have said, and not seeing any tweets. I’ve been triying for 2 days. I tried in both both Firefox & Internet Explorer & the domain I am using is facebook.com. I also tried www.facebook.com. What can I do to fix it so the tweet show up & not just the “Tweets by” link?

There is a problem with the date and used in the Japanese. For example, the case of September 10, it is displayed duplicated month of the date as ‘9月月10日’. The correct is ‘9月10日’.

On my page http://www.finanz-links.de/frames/fr_test_twitter_fr.htm there are several embedded twitter timelines. If they are loaded and you go to another page and then back, the timelines are empty because the tweets disappeared. To sho them again, I have to clear the cache and reload the page with F5 or at the URL box of the browser. This problem occurs only with IE browser. I my case IE8. And only when the page is inside the navigation frames. The page without frames is http://www.finanz-links.de/finanznachrichten/test.htm

Please enter the correct domain. For example, in the case of web site URL is ‘http://mypage.example.com/’, type ‘mypage.example.com’. A domain can not contain slashes.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with embedded timeline on my site theroverfilm.com. I have it posted on the top right hand sidebar. It is only showing a hyperlink “Tweets by @TheRoverFilm.” Am having same issue on another site that was previously showing the embedded tweets queenofthedesertfilm.com. I’m running Wordpress self-hosted blog.

Is it possible to re-size the widget? And is it possible to make images appear as links rather than see the image in the timeline?

I cannot edit any css of the new Twitter widget, Could you please advise?

You should list your public domain in the settings and omit listing localhost there (as it is supported by default).
