I’m having the same problem - not with wordpress, I use another editor provided by a third party but can copy & paste html where I want - it was showing up the same, just “Tweets by @AtlasChemDry” but now it’s not appearing at all. And the code I pasted in doesn’t look like the same code that is there when I go back and look again. I didn’t remember having to set up a widget in my Twitter account before, listing the domain (which is atlascd.com.au) but I’ve gone through these steps and it hasn’t worked - also I can’t post my feedback on the “How to Embed a Tweet on Your Website or Blog” page, it prompts me to run a file instead of submitting the feedback.

I’m getting the “Hmm, an empty timeline. That’s weird.” message it seems a few others are getting. Just checking in to see if there’s a fix for this issue?

Will take too long to read through all 8 pages to see if this has already been answered, but is there a way to programmatically create these embedded timelines.

I work on a directory of lawyers and part of it is that lawyers have added links to their social media profiles (including twitter of course) on their profiles. I would love to give them the option to check a box and just embed their timeline on their profile pages, but it looks like each widget has to be manually created from the twitter website right now.

Edit: Found the request on page 2 and put a +1 there

Problem: An embedded Twitter search doesn`t look good, if you have a very long query. Also the max. 600 length will be shorten with the text of the long query. Suggestion: make the text query editable in the preview (see http://www.finanz-links.de/frames/fr_indizes_ausland_anleihen_anleihen_fr.htm )

Hi, on the twitter ‘Embedded Timelines’ tutorial it states I can use ‘localhost’ as a domain to test locally, however, this also gives me the “Unable to update your widget, please check your inputs.” error.

I am separating the domain names with a comma as per the default values show.
Can you please check this ‘localhost’ feature is working correctly or is it something I am doing wrong at my end?

I added the twitter widget to my FB fan page that I have & when I go to the Iframe tab where it is, all I get is the “Tweets by @” link like I’ve noticed many others getting. I tried viewing it in both Firefox & Internet Explorer. I get the same thing in both. I tried imputing the domain as www.facebook.com. I also tried just facebook.com. And also tried it with having both in the domain spot. Still all I get is just the link. Is there a fix for this? Or am I just doing something wrong? Been trying since yesterday and the link is all I get. However when I click on the link, it does go to the actual twitter page. Here is a link to the page I am trying to add it to:
