Hi I can’t seem to get a widget working on our site?

I have some questions.
[1] I am using the old widget. Is this widget going to be unavailable on 2013/03/05 ?

[2] I am using the old widget on my website’s each page with searching each URL in order to show “tweets about this page.”.
In the old widget, if I change the “search parameter” in the script, it works on each page.
But if I use the new searching widget, there is not any “search parameters”.
Do I have to make many widgets for all pages? My website has more than 100,000 pages…
If so, it’s too hard to make each widget for each page, does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Maybe 'cause your domain had a dash (ie: www.beforedash-afterdash.com), and there was a bug that NOW seems to have been solved.

No, that’s not it. I can’t even get to the part and enter my domain, I get an error just trying to create the widget. Something like “there’s something technically wrong”.

With the old API 1.0 I embedded the tweets in my site using the GET statuses/user_timeline API call. This worked perfect without the visitor of my site being autheticated. Now with the new API 1,1 a user hast to be authenticated using oAuth or else so tweets are shown. Is there a solution for this because I don’t want the visitors of my site to login before they can see the public tweets. Not al visitors have a Twitter account either. I really want to use the API instead of the embed features because with the API approach I can control how the tweets are shown in mij site. Why is application authetication not enough to access public tweets?

I am trying to embed a search timeline into class weebly page for my students. The students will tweet a hashtag during a presentation. It appears, however, that the widget will only pull the “top” hashtags. Is there any way to include “all” searches?

This is fixed now you can user “-” in domains and subdomains. We also support *.domain.com for multiple subdomains.

this-new-domain.com and *.allthesesubdomains.com will work.

I have noticed that on mobile renderings of an embedded timeline in Safari for iOS, Safari ignores the custom width of 350px and goes to the full default 520px even if I wrap it in a div. I’ve placed the width command on both the iframe and the div and neither will properly set the width. The timeline just busts out the right side of the div. I think this is a limitation of how Safari renders iframes. It would be nice to have a width control in the widget config so the iframe would be rendered at a set width to accommodate mobile Safari.
