Embed Tweet field is empty

I work at a newssite and we embed a lot of Tweets. The problem my colleagues and I encounter a lot of times (not everytime) is that the field is empty. So no embed code. I tried it on several browsers, networks en computers, and can’t discover consistency. I hope you can resolve this issue.

I think this happens when the tweets are brand new. I’ve tried getting the embed code for a couple tweets made about five minutes ago, and they are blank. But I try getting tweets from the same users from a few days ago and the embed code shows up.

Not the case for me. I try grabbing code for texts that are 14 hours old and it’s still blank. Tried in multiple browsers. Can’t make heads or tails of it. Frustrating.

Apparently this issue is being looked into: https://dev.twitter.com/issues/439
