Hi, I am trying to understand the difference between the elevated and basic tier when calling the /following and /followers endpoints. I can see both are 15 requests per 15 minutes, but I’m not sure if the elevated makes a difference.

Can someone please explain the technical differences between these two tiers and how they affect the rate limits? For these end points, will I get benefit if I get elevated?

Thank you in advance for your help!

There is no difference.

Elevated only gives you access to old v1.1 APIs, and a higher monthly tweet cap, more stream rules and ability to add 3 apps to a project Getting Started with the Twitter API | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform (but the v1.1 API access will allow you to call friends/ids and followers/ids which are faster for getting this data)
