Reference to: Apply for an elevated quota

Hi, may I know how to apply extra quota for POST endpoint right now?
Because I not sure which section in “Apply for access” is related to POST endpoint quota.

Sorry for the rush request, my application is hitting the rate limit almost every day but I still cannot find an “apply for elevated access” option in Platform

My app id is 16942954, my app is like an official twitter app, they can browse the news feeds, favourite tweet and retweet. Also, the user is able to visit our collection list and tweets.

I assume that your app is the same as all other apps that connect to the API; it is not an endorsed or official app from Twitter.

We can look into why you may be hitting the limit. Thank you for your patience while we investigate.

It is a mobile application, using OAuth 1.0a and v1.1 API.

The daily active users are around 300, when the rate limit reached (reported from my users).
I cannot process any Post API request too, I’ve verified my request header is using oAuth 1.0a,
So I am not sure the rate limit is counting on per app or per user,

I don’t have any insight into the review time and queue sizes unfortunately - we have had some disruption due to the global situation which have slowed things down, but we’ll get to the case asap. We totally recognise how frustrating this is for you, and want to apologise for that.
