Hi,

this is a follow-up thread because the previous one was closed but our issue still persists.
It is now 26 days since we requested elevated post access and we got no answer until now.

This evolved into a big problem for our Platform, we need answers that we can forward to our users and also for our developers to decide if we need to remove twitter for the time being or maybe update our integration so everyone can use their own Twitter app ( API keys ).

@andypiper it feels like our request got lost, should we maybe resend the request or does it not make sense?

Apologies for this. Do you have the case number that you were issued via email?

You should not have users register their own keys and tokens, this is against the developer policy.

Hello andypiper,

thank you for the fast reply.

The confirmation email that arrived after our request included this number:

0215599861

Thanks, it is late in my timezone but I shall check tomorrow.

Hello andypiper, could you get some infos about our issue?

I did escalate your case number yesterday; I do not have any information on how quickly it will be managed.

Hello andypiper,

we still got no reply, is there something else we can do?

We are slowly getting desperate, with no response or help to solve our issue.

Please note that for more than 3 months, scheduling tweets is a gamble and people blame us for tweets that fail because of the app scoped post rate limit.

Request date: 24.06.2021
Escalate date: 23.07.2021

Does anyone have or had similar problems with the “Elevated post limits” request and can share their experiences and solutions?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,
we are still waiting for help.

@andypiper @osowskit1 @jessicagarson if it is not too much effort, can you please escalate our case once again and maybe ask for additional information?.. We got no answer to our request until today, something must have gone wrong.
