@andypiper @i_am_daniele @LeBraat After all the back and forth, waiting 6 months just for all our applications to be systematically denied, and submitting a request for clarification on why we were denied, the response I received via the policy form (case #0185467539) was:
“Unfortunately, we do not offer exemptions to our API limits.”
From everything I’ve gathered on these forums that’s just flat out wrong so I’m at a loss for what to do. Obviously some apps have elevated limits, how else can a platform like Dlvr.it post to twitter for so many users?
How are we supposed to support thousands of our users posting to Twitter? We keep receiving support requests of our own with members asking why they can’t post to Twitter and after half a year we have no answer for them other than “Twitter won’t allow us to.”
I really don’t know where to go or who to talk to for support on this.
Bump. It’s been 204 days since we started asking for help and we’re still trying to figure out how in the world we can provide an API integration that supports thousands of users.
