Our app (id 14599341) hit the statuses/update limits, and it looks like we are being “shadow-banned” where our replies are not visible to many users.

How can we get this ban lifted? And is there a way to get a rate limit increase?

In case you don’t see the option to elevate rate limits on Platform after logging in as app owner, I’ve seen others on the forum get this option enabled after posting here - but it seems like everyone from twitter active here can’t actually enable it manually, you still have to submit the form, hope that helps!

Bumping this, hope to get some love from Twitter staff. We are definitely hitting the rate limit statuses/update since the New Year… thanks!
