Elevated POST Limit Increase?

Hi,

My app requires an increase in POST requests as an error 161 is shown when users try to follow / stop following someone. I found this thread (New POST endpoint rate limit enforcement begins today ) explaining how to apply for access, but on our account, I do not see the option for “‘I would like to apply for elevated POST limits.”

Is there something I am missing?

Our system hasn’t recognized you as being a good candidate for this elevation yet, but I can manually adjust this. What is the Twitter developer app ID that you would like elevated.

Is there any chance you could take a look at a similar issue we are having here?

Need elevated permissions urgently but option does not exist when applying Developer Portal

We have an app with 3000 business users, posting daily to twitter through us. We’ve recently started seeing looots of rate limit errors in the logs (which makes sense according to the 300 per hour limit), but when we try to apply for elevated limits, the option does not show up in the list (see screeshot). Would someone have a kind look at our app (twitter developer app id 1272738). Appears like (and hopefully is) a bug.

Elevated POST rate limit problem Developer Portal

Hi, An app of ours (app id 1272738) had its elevated POST rate limits approved a good while ago, but in practice we are still receiving app-level rate limits when our users try to follow others. This has impacted a lot of our users, and we are overwhelmed by support requests and complaints. All follow requests come from direct user action as per the twitter policy. No automation.
