If I have an elevated access- is it possible to use 30 day search for free?
Is the premium v1.1 included in that, or is it a different subscription which is paid?

unfortunately not possible
as far as I know yes, premium is included in elevated access. Premium also has a free and paid version
the free version is only in the research academy, the paid one seems to be enterprise access
